Tree Adventures In Woodhill Forest 19.06.2020

Last week on friday we went to tree adventures in woodhill forest.

When we got there,I realised that we were in woodhil forest, the thing with that was before we even found out where we were going me adn my family were planing for when we got a tow bar, was to head up to woodhill forest and do some mountain biking there. I guess you could say i got a sneak peak of what was to come when we were ready to, shred the grar my dude!!!.

After I scoped out what would come in the near future we were told to get into partners, I was with Courtney. When we wre in our groups we had to get in our harneses and meet at the warm up course; The warmup course consisted of a small piece of rope to practice clipping and unclipping so we don't get stuck like 7 meters in that air. The next obsacle was a small ladder to teach us how to climb them, and the final obstacle was a small zipline so we can soar back down, the propper way.

After the practice was done we had free reign of the park up to level 9. Me and courtney sprant to the first course that noone else was on, this ended up to be level 3. We found level 3 pretty easy as it wasn't that high of the ground and the obstacles were semi easy.

The next course we did was the follow up to level 3, level 4. Luvel 4 instead of having a ladder to get on it in its place was a rockclimbing wall; one of the problems with the wall was in all the pockets to put your hands in were full of mud and water so by thi time you were at the top your hands were lathered in slimy mud.

The next coure we did was a massive leap, we were on level 9. When the course started of we thought "this isn't that hard", because it wasnt that high up, then we got to a part of the course where there was a ladder on abstacle making it less stable and overall harder to climb. When you finally gained the courage to get up there was a whole slew harder obstacles featuring rope swings and tightropes. When you passed them there was a massive zipline, the longest in the park; You get ready, clip on all your gear, and begin the countdown in your head,"3...2...1" and your off, the next second you are flying 10 meteres in the air, in about 1 minute the ride is over and you have to unclip before the next person comes soaring down. I ended up doing level 9, 2 more times untill we had to pack up and leave.

When we got back to school the bell hadn't rung yet so we had freetime for the next 10-20 minutes. We had a blast there and I would love to go every week.

A thing that I found coincidental, was before we even found out where we were going me adn my family were planing for when we got a tow bar, was to head up to woodhill forest and do some mountain biking there. 1. Hi Lukas. I love Woodhill. I went mountain biking there a few months ago. I think you've posted your writing twice! Do you have any pictures or videos that we could see?
