Over the rest of lock down I will be attempting to do a handstand for a full 5 seconds.
So far i have managed to complete 3 seconds but just cant get to 5. Over the past day I have worked on balance, technique and stamina.
One problem I an running into is I keep on going up, staying for a bit and falling over the opposite way I came up. To fix thus I will try not to put as much force into getting up so I hopefully wont flip over.
If I do go over I found a way to not slam into the ground. To do this I take one hand off rotate and then you go down facing forwards instead of backwards.
I hope to learn this skill by the end of lock down so i will have a new skill to show all my friends.
